Ruth has had significant experience working in public sector planning and funding as well as working in and with NGOs, SMEs and her own businesses. She offers a pragmatic approach in plans and processes development to help businesses in adapting to wider impacts, be they political, economic or competitive. She enjoys working alongside of clients to help them find and act on the best possible solutions and is happy to support any required changes in a way where all people feel valued and supported.

Ruth is a PRINCE2 project manager practitioner and has successfully worked on a range of projects, particularly in continuous business improvement and in change management.

Oakura, a beach town near New Plymouth, is Ruth’s base and she enjoys travelling for work and leisure. Relaxing with family and friends is where you will find Ruth in her downtime.

Craig has strengths in sales and marketing and business development and has significant practical experience working in the chemical/pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors. He can offer expertise and advice in commercial and contract management, project management and new product development.

Craig particularly enjoys strategy development and implementation as it forces organisations to look into the future and shape their business to remain competitive. He is passionate about business improvement and is a keen driver for change within organisations.

Originally from the Manawatu, Craig has been based in the Bay of Plenty since 2006 and enjoys living close to the beach with his family. He enjoys kayaking and fishing and is a juniors coach at Papamoa Surf Life Saving Club.

Marcus has worked extensively in the agricultural sector as a veterinarian and consultant. Working for a veterinary corporate he developed and managed various projects especially around the management of organisational knowledge. Additionally he has led a ground breaking technology project in the farm vet industry supporting veterinarians to capture and manage knowledge in order to better solve their farmer’s animal health problems.

Marcus’s strengths lie in strategic and creative thinking. He is particularly interested in solving ‘big’ problems that frustrate businesses and communities. As well as advancing the interests of the general community he is passionate about Maori economic and social development.

Marcus runs a private veterinary practice in Palmerston North. He loves composing music and playing the guitar in his band Amethyst, as well as hanging out with his family Tom and Scout.
